Alfredo sauce (2% milk [reduced fat milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3], heavy cream [cream, carrageenan], parmesan cheese [pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes], butter [pasteurized cream, salt], flour [enriched wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzymes], garlic, spices (rosemary extract, onion powder, and white pepper), salt), instant rotini noodles (semolina, niacin, ferrous sulfate [iron], thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cooked seasoned diced chicken white meat (chicken white meat, salt)

Preparation Instructions: 

1. Open pouch at tear mark, remove oxygen absorber.

2. Carefully add 3/4 cup (6 oz) of boiling water to pouch.

3. Stir well and zip pouch closed. Let stand for 10 minutes. 

4. Open pouch, stir again and enjoy!
